 I do not accept change of mind returns

I'm happy when my customers are happy, however as a small maker I am unable to accept refunds unless there has been a mistake on my behalf or your piece has arrived damaged. If it is a mistake on your behalf I cannot be held accountable and will not accept returns or refunds. 

Please choose carefully and be sure to read product descriptions in full before purchasing.

What if the piece arrives damaged?

If your product arrives to you damaged please provide photo evidence within 24 hours of recieving it and I will either refund you or re-make and send you another version of the product you've purchased. 

Local Taxes
Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for local taxes. Please check your local taxes before purchasing.

Commission returns / refunds

Commissions are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please consider your purchase carefully before committing.  

Commission Terms

Reference photos must be provided within a maximum timeframe of 3 months, unless discussed with me before purchasing. Emails must be responded to within a reasonable timeframe so that the piece can be finished. If emails are not responded to within 3 months I will not be completing the piece.

Commissions are not for commercial use. Commercial projects are to be organised via email.

Commission changes after delivery

Paper art is extremely difficult to alter once made. In some circumstances I can make changes to a piece but you will be required to pay for my time to do this, and it may mean remaking some elements.

All designs are original - I hold all rights to my designs and any photos taken of my work, please respect this. None of my work may be reproduced, used, or sold commercially without my permission. Thank you.
